Total Conditioning / CrossFit Drummoyne was born in 2015 in Inner West Sydney, and we have grown to become one of only two gyms in Sydney that sit right on the water.

We believe that fitness changes lives. We believe the quality of our health determines the quality of our lives—and nothing is more important than that.

We believe in hard training, that’s where you get your best results from. Not only physically but mentally. Our goal is to change the way you look, feel, move and push your limits to be the best that you can be.

That’s why we believe in controlled progression of pushing your limits – because that’s where you begin to see the results in your life. It’s not only a physical transformation; you cannot separate mind and body, so as you get stronger physically, you’ll also become mentally stronger.

We aspire to be more than just a place to get a good workout, but rather a place where friendships are made. We are more than a building, location and even a gym, we are different because our community game is strong, healthy and happy community is our main goal.

Our Coaches

Our coaches each have years of expertiseand specialise in everything from weightlifting, gymnastics, running, triathlons, nutrition, health coaching, programming, competitions and group training. Not only that, but each one walk the talk by living and breathing a healthy lifestyle.
When they are not leading classes, you’ll see them sweating it out next to you! That how they know the classes and programs work – because each one of our coaches actively participates in our programs and we’re always trying to see if we can improve our methods.

Whether you’re experienced or a novice, our programming is suitable to anyone – no matter
