MEET OUR COACHES
Our qualified coaches each have years of expertise and specialise in everything from weightlifting, gymnastics, competitive sports, running, triathlons, nutrition, health coaching, programming, competitions and group training. Not only that, but each one walk the talk by living and breathing a healthy lifestyle.
When they are not leading classes, you’ll see them sweating it out next to you! That’s how they know the classes and programs work – because each one of our coaches actively participates in our programs and we’re always trying to see if we can improve our methods.
Whether you’re experienced or a novice, our programming is suitable to anyone – no matter your current level of fitness.
You can get the benefits of CrossFit, Sweat and Outdoor sessions, even if you’ve never worked out, have injuries, are sick or overweight.
Our workouts are modified to help each person succeed, improve their fitness and take daily steps toward their individual goals.
