Laura Marshall

Laura is a qualified group fitness instructor who specialises in coaching BodyFit and outdoor Sweat classes at our gym. You may also find her to be the first face you see when you walk into the gym, as she is our tech savvy receptionist.

Laura comes from a diverse background of competitive sports such as Rugby union, Swimming, Water polo, Athletics, Touch Football, AFL and Hockey. A major highlight of her sporting career includes representing NSW and Australia in Indoor volleyball. Such experience has allowed Laura to understand how to level up the training quality of all individuals that she coaches, no matter their level of fitness or experience.

Whilst Laura is the youngest member of our team, her industry knowledge combined with a zest for life, infectious laugh and ditzy jokes proves she is an approachable, well respected, and knowledgeable coach who demonstrates maturity beyond her years.

Laura is also currently studying a Bachelor of PDHPE (personal health and physical education) Education at Sydney University. Hence, she has a clear passion for encouraging people to be the best versions of themselves.

“I show up as a coach hoping to make someone’s day a little brighter and a little sweatier. Health to me is being able to help people push beyond their comfort zones, all whilst having a laugh and making friends in the process”.
