In OUTDOOR, we combine running with stair drills, sprints, hill runs, partnered intervals and all things bodyweigt into our 45 minute class. Every session is different!
Not to mention, you also get to train alongside the most spectacular sunrise!
No running experience is required, so OUTDOOR is suitable for all fitness levels. Our coaches will also cater to YOU and your individual fitness levels/goals.

BEFORE CLASS TIPS
- Wear something you feel comfortable sweating in: tank and shorts/leggings for women, squatting style shorts for men.
- If you have an injury, please talk to the coach prior to class so that they can give you proper modifications.
AFTER CLASS TIPS
- Health Tip: Flush toxins from your body, start your day with a glass of warm water and freshly squeezed lemon.
