Amy has been involved in the fitness industry and particularly Crossfit for over 7 years, both professionally and personally. In 2016 she competed against the top teams of the Australian Crossfit Regionals and has very much enjoyed the competitive side of Crossfit prior to having her first baby girl. Now she is enjoying the balance of fitness and life.

Amy is incredibly passionate about healthy food and living. She has a website and socials, “The Other 23 Hours” full of great healthy recipes and kitchen tips. Her big driver is getting people confident in looking after themselves. Which lead her to run regular healthy cooking workshops, “Master Classes” to share some great healthy recipes and hands on cooking for everyday life.

At the gym, Amy has a keen eye for helping members in growing their fitness levels or reaching new goals. Her favourite coaching movement are the gymnastics movements and getting members to achieve things they never thought they could do.
