BoxFit will incorporate all things boxing – partner work, cardio, core and of course, FUN.
It is the perfect opportunity to learn a new skill whilst getting your heart rate up, and burning those calories.
You can expect a diverse range of boxing drills with a solid focus on technique and core work from our qualified coaches.

BEFORE CLASS TIPS
- Wear something you feel comfortable sweating in: tank and shorts/leggings for women, squatting style shorts for men.
- If you have an injury, please talk to the coach prior to class so that they can give you proper modifications.
AFTER CLASS TIPS
- Health Tip: Flush toxins from your body, start your day with a glass of warm water and freshly squeezed lemon.
