Zoe comes from a background of competitive team sports such a touch rugby, netball, dancing and volleyball, and has always had a huge passion for all things health, wellness and fitness.

Finding CrossFit 5 (ish) years ago, Zoe now has many national CrossFit competitions under her belt, and is passionate about sharing her love of the sport with her TC members by helping them feel and fuel a healthy addiction for training and learning.

She is passionate about educating members on mindset around training. “I get to” mentality instead of a “I have to” thought process. 

I GET to go to the gym tomorrow, not I HAVE to go the gym tomorrow. 

Zoe’s life motto / value is – to live a life that somehow improves the lives of other people, and by coaching others, teaching or pushing them to do movements in the gym they never thought possible – ticks that box for her.
