Scotty is our newest CrossFit coach with over 10 years of CrossFit coaching experience.

Scotty has been fortunate enough to have been involved with helping athletes compete at the highest level of CrossFit including the CrossFit games and competitions. He has also guided many everyday people through weight loss journeys and finds much enjoyment in helping people reach their goals.

“From a young age in sports and in the gym, I always seemed to lead the sessions with friends and unknowingly at the time guide and teach them on technique and methodologies. I remember being fascinated with acquiring more knowledge, reading websites and magazines to find out information on anatomy, technique, and training. I was drawn to fitness due to the all-round athleticism required to excel in fitness, it’s not just about being fit or strong.”

Scotty’s favourite quote in which he feels applies to many facets of our life is “how you do anything is how you do everything”.
