Hayley has always had a drive for sport, health, fitness, wellness and mostly balance. A firm believer that you must take mindful steps now to feel and live your absolute best life.
With 8 years’ experience in the Fitness Industry, Hayley’s focal point of coaching is centralised around mastering the basics, moving well through your fullest range of motion, prioritising technique, and expressing yourself through your movement/training.
A consistent goal when coaching for Hayley is to simply “help everyday people achieve great things. And this can only happen when we do things the right”.
Working with a wide range of individuals over the years, including juniors – teens and even the elderly, Hayley has developed and coordinated a Kids CrossFit program as well as a movement and coordination program for the elderly.
Hayley currently studies within the field of Nutrition with a future goal of practising as a Nutritionist at plan.
