Dan a former Brisbane Bronco football player has always been a competitive person, so when he found CrossFit it was like a match made in heaven “Whether I’m competing against other people, the clock or myself, I give it my all, I want to win”.
Dan has immersed himself into the CrossFit world, having recently achieved 2019 Australian Crossfit Champ team competitor and 2019 DownUnder Crossfit Championships team competitor, his future goals is to qualify as an individual athlete at one of the new sanctional events.

When Dan isn’t training, he is studying Evidence Based Nutrition, where he wants to combine healthy eating with exercise “No diets, only lifestyle changes”.
Dan’s and his wife are the proud owners of “The Polynesian Project” which is an online platform where they educate Polynesians on creating long term health changes by focusing on mindset and nutrition. “We were inspired to create The Polynesian Project after helping two of my sisters to lose a combined total of 95kgs in one year! One of them also kicked type 2 diabetes to the curb. Since starting we have been blessed to work with hundreds of other people to also achieve amazing results”.
